You must be at least 16 years old and have a valid iVirth account or Google account to use iVirth Social.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to post illegal content, spam, harassment, misinformation, or content that violates others' rights. iVirth Technologies reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these terms.

4. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant iVirth Technologies a licence to display and distribute your content on the platform.

5. Limitation of Liability

iVirth Social is provided "as is". iVirth Technologies is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

6. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
